Retur- og Refusjonspolicy
Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.
Return of shipments
